Drawing on over 30 years experience working with wood, Joseph Ransmeier creates custom wooden furniture and cabinetry for his clients. He enjoys collaborating with architects, designers, and individuals to achieve personalized solutions to their needs and desires. Working primarily with Appalachian hardwoods and plywoods, Joseph seeks to work in the most environmentally conscious way possible. Pieces are finished using clear or pigmented waterborne lacquers as well as Danish oil and conversion varnish.
