Craft Design Source : Yummy Mud Puddle
John D. Richards makes lamps in the whimsical shapes of animals, people, and things. He uses his own original process of building a wire frame, applying many layers of tissue paper soaked in white glue, and then inking on fanciful drawings of everything. Each piece is a unique demonstration of the artist’s 44 years as a freelance designer-craftsman and his zany imagination.
