JJ Brown works in “hot” and “warm” glass. His hot glass work includes blown bowls and vases, furnace worked sculptures and paperweights, and hot cast sculptural objects. His warm glass encompasses fused glass wall panels, plates, and bowls as well as kiln cast sculptural objects. Brown works with a large color palette and employs natural and unusual color combinations in his work. He enjoys the challenge of creating custom work for clients.
